1. Promoter

The promoter of this giveaway is PikaPacks (“Promoter”, “we”, “us”, “our”)

2. Eligibility

• Entry is open to individuals who place a valid order on the Promoter’s website during the Promotion Period.

• Entrants must provide a valid email address at checkout.

• Employees of the Promoter and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.

• The promotion is open to residents of Australia only, unless otherwise stated.

3. Promotion Period

• The promotion runs from 12:00am on the first day of each calendar month until 11:59pm on the last day of that same calendar month (“Promotion Period”).

• Each month constitutes a separate promotion and draw.

4. How to Enter

• Each completed and paid order placed during the Promotion Period receives one (1) entry into that month’s draw.

• Multiple orders placed during the Promotion Period will receive multiple entries.

• No additional entry steps are required.

• Orders that are cancelled, refunded, or deemed fraudulent will not be eligible for entry.

5. Prize

• There will be one (1) winner each month.

• The prize is a item chosen by the PikaPacks team that will be displayed on the website prior to the giveaway

• The prize will be sent directly to the customer Address associated with the email address used at checkout.

• The prize is not transferable, not redeemable for cash, and cannot be exchanged.

6. Draw Details

• The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries for that month.

• The draw will take place within a reasonable time after the Promotion Period ends.

• Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

7. Winner Notification & Announcement

• The winner will be announced on the Promoter’s Instagram account.

• The winner will also be contacted directly via the email address used to place the winning order.

• If the winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within a reasonable time, the Promoter reserves the right to redraw.

8. Use of Prize

• The prize may not be exchanged for another good

• The Promoter is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misused coupons.

• By entering, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

• The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the promotion or breaches these Terms & Conditions.

12. Governing Law

• This promotion is governed by the laws of Australia.

• Entrants submit to the jurisdiction of the Australian courts.
